Took ownership of the marketing automation platforms for B2B and B2C communications. This included a Salesforce implementation with Eloqua integration, implementing and managing the Responsys platform for B2C and transactional communications, and implementing a web CMS to better manage a growing digital presence. Work with my team to build the marketing strategy, deliver campaign tracking and reporting, and maintain database health.
