Took ownership of the marketing automation platforms for B2B and B2C communications. This included leading my team through a Salesforce implementation with Eloqua integration, implementing and managing the Responsys platform for B2C and transactional communications, and implementing a web CMS to better manage a growing digital presence. Also guided my team to build marketing strategy, deliver campaign tracking and reporting, and maintain database health. Bridging the gap between sales and marketing to execute campaigns and deliver insights to drive business.

I recently designed a chat bot / recommendation engine. The purpose was to read in free-form text requests through a natural language processor and match criteria to recommend products.
