I manage several websites using WordPress and other content management systems. Some sites are retail focused while others are very focused on content optimization and customer journey with monetization. An example with a good mix might be gogoair.com, while sevensummitsoutfitters.com is more retail focused.

Managing the redesign of event marketing was a team effort. We started on a journey to devise a new strategy for events that included content to create a story that led up to a trade show / event as well as post show content. Some of the elements include surveys with offers, social media campaigns, relevant blog posts to support content, fun contests and a new email marketing campaign.
Data is collected through A/B testing cadence and content of emails and a strategy devised to pivot based on data as needed.

I have worked with several B2C and B2B strategies and believe that through proper testing you can find the right message at the right time to engage customers and build advocates of your brand. I believe in making decisions based on data, insights, and testing. I strive to create reports and dashboards that provide clear actionable data to move forward.
